  1.       To use this backup/restoration utility, you must do the following: 
  2.       A: Have ARJ 2.30 or HIGHER in the current path
  3.       B: Have the files in this archive contained in the path.
  4.       C: Answer all menu questions accurately.
  5.       D: Start by executing backupwc.exe
  6.       E: Assure that the file "EXCLUDE.LST" is in your root directory.
  7.       F: Place the Backupwc.key file in your ROOT directory of the drive
  8.          you executed the program from.
  9.
